Pricing questions
Do I need an account to share a live link?
No. Every run gets a live link without signing up. Anonymous links expire 30 minutes after the last update and keep the last 500 lines of output. You only need an account to save runs to a dashboard.
What counts as a saved run?
Every run that reaches Runpeek with your login or token counts once, whether it starts from tqdml run, start_run() or a patched tqdm loop. Progress bars, output lines and alerts inside that run don't count extra. The count resets each calendar month.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Runs over your monthly limit still stream live and get a share link; they just aren't saved to your dashboard, and the client prints a single notice. When a run writes more output than your plan keeps, the most recent lines stay. Saved runs leave your dashboard 7 days (Free) or 365 days (Pro) after they end.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro?
Runs you saved on Pro stay for at least 14 more days after the downgrade, so you have time to look back at them. After that, the Free plan's 7-day history applies.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription whenever you like from the billing portal in your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees.
Who handles payments and taxes?
Payments are handled by Stripe as merchant of record. Prices are in USD; VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where applicable.
Who can see my runs?
Anyone who has a run's link, and nobody else. Links contain a random, unguessable ID, so a run is only visible to the people you share it with. Keep secrets out of your output, because a link works for whoever holds it.
Why is yearly cheaper?
Pro costs $9 a month or $90 a year. Paying yearly works out to $7.50 a month: 2 months free.
